SILVER BELLS


Yes, believe it or not it’s that time of year again; when the temperature drops, blinking lights begin to adorn trees and streets throughout the city, and children dream about their Christmas lists for Santa. In deed, it is the most wonderful time of the year.

Better still, the economy is finally showing signs of improvement. However, there are still people – especially children – who are struggling this season. Here at Zapwater, we have definitely noticed the spirit of giving with our clients.

Chicago real estate development firm, The Brixton Group, is teaming up with The Boys and Girls Club of Chicago for the second year in the row to collect toys and gifts for the charities annual gift drive. The donations will benefit local children 6-18 and can be dropped off in the lobby of Brixton’s newest West Loop space, CA23 (23 N. Aberdeen St) on Saturdays and Sundays, between 12-3 p.m., now through December 6.

The Brixton Group isn’t the only Zapwater client in the gift giving spirit this holiday. HALO [FOR MEN], Nicholas Joseph Custom Tailors and Le Dress are all participating in Toys for Tots gift drive now through December 15. Magnificent mile staple and Zapwater client, Park Grill, will also be holding a holiday toy drive benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

It’s nice to know that the holiday spirit is spreading already and that it’s among are friends here at Zapwater. Please join or stop by and support our clients as they gift back this year. Happy Holidays!

ZAPWATER BRINGS HOME THE GOLD

Breaking News.

We just received notification that the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) will recognize Zapwater Communications, Inc. with two Gold Adrian Awards for public relations excellence in the 53rd annual Adrian Awards Competition, the largest and most prestigious travel marketing competition globally.

HSMAI will pay tribute to Zapwater Communications during the 20th annual HSMAI Adrian Awards Gala, a black-tie affair attended by more than 1,000 hospitality, travel and tourism marketing executives, on Feb. 1, 2010 at the New York Marriott Marquis.

Zapwater will be recognized for its work on behalf of the Hotel Sax Chicago. Its campaign Introducing The Hotel Sax Chicago has won a Gold Adrian Award in the Re-Launch of Existing Product Category. Zapwater’s creative concept Hotel Sax: Turning Everyday Joes into J-Los won a Gold Adrian Award in the Feature Television Placement category.

This year’s contest attracted nearly 1,100 entries from around the world, with entries judged by top executives from all sectors of the industry.

Kudos to the Hotel Sax team lead by Annie Neyman and Susie Schreiber.
